Am fost mai mereu nemultumit de sistemul de invatamant din Romania.Mi s-a parut mult prea inchistat si cu o directionare limitata. Am cunoscut in liceu si facultate oameni foarte inteligenti si creativi, dar care din imposibilitatea de a se adapta rutinei si standardelor ce definesc sistemul actual au fost etichetati ca mediocri, perdanti. Impulsul academic promis a fost inlocuit astfel de un sentiment de subapreciere si regres odata cu plecarea de pe bancile scolii si marea intrare in viata.
De ceva vreme am inceput sa-i urmaresc pe cativa dintre specialistii internationali in problematica educatiei. Asa am dat peste o predictie foarte interesanta care-i apartine lui Tony Buzan, considerat printre altele si parintele mind mappingului. El prevesteste ca in mai putin de zece ani, 60% dintre joburi vor avea la baza gandirea creativa si ca acest procent se afla intr-o crestere rapida. Ar fi interesant de privit aceasta afirmatia si ca o invitatie la introspectie.
Personal, chiar daca momentan vad Romania sub 20% la capitolul joburi creative, tind sa-i dau dreptate lui Tony. Asta pentru ca ma consider un tip optimist.

Mda, educaţia e treabă importantă. Poate că-i chiar cea mai importantă dintre toate. Mă întreb dacă l-ai văzut pe Sir Robinson în TED Talk-ul ăsta. În sistemul educaţional actual creativitatea nu este deloc încurajată. Dimpotrivă, ea este descurajată prin toate mijloacele cu putinţă.
Tot referitor la asta, am terminat de curând o carte care de asemenea tratează critic educaţia într-un capitol al său.
Am vazut Ted talk-ul cu pricina, foarte reusit. Sper totusi ca si Ken Robinson sa fie unul dintre pilonii pe care se va recladi sistemul educational. Vine cu niste idei indraznete si cu dorinta de a reinventa.
Dap! Bine spus “se va reclădi”, la fel ca şi în cazul întregului sistem aş zice eu. Reformele superficiale nu au funcţionat niciodată satisfăcător.
Eu nu prea cred ca este necesar (si, cu atat mai putin, posibil) ca 60% din joburi sa aiba un caracter creativ.
Ar fi, in schimb, minunat ca 60% din joburi sa fie incadrate de oameni interesati, capabili si incurajati sa analizeze, sa critice si eventual sa imbunatateasca procesele si relatiile “de productie” in care sunt implicati.
Absolut, chiar si o contributie creativa la imbunatatirea unor procese de rutina poate fi un pas mare inainte. Ea denota de altfel capacitatea de a privi lucrurile detasat, avand o perspectiva de ansamblu asupra intregului sistem.
Acuma, depinde ce se înţelege prin creativitate, dar mie mi-ar plăcea să văd 100% din joburi cu caracter creativ, 100% din vieţi cu caracter creativ.
Imposibil 60%, mai taie un zero si poate un 6% in 10 ani.
Marea majoritate a fortei de munca ii in fabrici (sau mai nou in centre comerciale), nu prea se gandeste la viata ci munceste pentru a avea ce pune pe masa.
Multinationalele nu vor oameni creativi, in Romania vin regulile de la grup care trebuie aplicate.
